Reports in 1st Hand
I am here in CICD for precisely twelve days. When we came here, Both me and my colleague Monica had a very nice welcoming . We met other  Portuguese colleagues, who are here before us.
Our thanks to Tiago, Ana and Ricardo. From the first moment made us feel at "home."
Our days here in CICD are very full. Each of us is responsible for one or more tasks and does a particular job. In addition, all domestic activities are divided to all, for example, some wash the dishes, others make the dinner, others make the bread, etc. Everybody is helping. There is a good relationship between  teachers and  studentsThe CICD is frequented by people of various nationalities which allows a great exchange of culture, language and rich experiences. The day-to-day CICD is very interesting. In this space we can find people from different countries, different ages, different professions, different religions but with the same goal. Here at the College for International Co-operation and Development are carried out various activities in preparation for practical projects in Africa or India, such as construction of latrines, ovens, Tip Tap, etc.

During World AIDS Day we carried out an awareness campaign in the local community.
We distributed posters and pamphlets, organised games and information sessions, music and many other activities. We went to the streets to inform the population about the consequences and prevention of this disease. We also participated in a vigil in honor of the victims of AIDS.
We hope that this way we have given our small contribution to knowledge among people about the prevention of this desease, as well as disclosure of its dangers.

Preparation and Christmas Decorations
Everyone helped and had fun :)
